Happy Father's Day Card!!

Here is a Father's Day Card I made! Actually, I did this card for a challenge over at My Pink Stamper's website. It was a great challenge that allowed me to get my card done!! :)

I used Bashful Blue ink and cardstock from Stampin' Up, and also Not Quite Navy Stampin' Up ink. I used Gypsy Font for the text and some buttons from my stash. (On a related note: Did you all see the gypsy update for today??!? It is awesomeeee. I'm loving it soo much.)

Close up of the buttons. :)

Thanks for taking a look. I know I was supposed to do a fun post soon but I was temporarily without my camera. So I will be working on that next! :)

My Pink Stamper Challenge #2

Here is the My Pink Stamper Challenge #2 for National Scrapbook Day.

Make a project incorporating your scraps!

And here is what I did!!

I know I said I was probably done, but I had to do this challenge. When I first started scrapbooking years ago I actually went out and bought scraps. Yep, BOUGHT them! Lol. :) I still get the urge to buy scraps sometimes. But anyway, I still have some of those scraps I bought so long ago. So I thought I really should do this challenge. Everything on this card was scraps, except the blue background. And I have to apologize again, as the photography is not great. Although, I really think it might be DCWV paper, it's hard to photograph. Maybe the texture of it. Anyway, the tree and the sentiment were cut with the Sweethearts cart. I've been meaning to cut this tree out, because it is just SOOO cute. I love it. I'll definitely be using this cut again and again. And I used Smooch ink again to color in the hearts of the tree. A lot easier and more effective than cutting out all the layers again for just some red hearts. I'm going to give this to someone special eventually, but for now I'll tuck it away. :) This is officially my last challenge for NSD, lol. But stay tuned, this week I have a super fun/special project I did, you'll want to see it. I'm thinking I'll have it posted sometime on Friday! Check back! Thanks for stopping in!

My Pink Stamper Challenge #9

Here is the My Pink Stamper Challenge #9 for National Scrapbook Day.

Challenge: Make a shaped card, shaped scrapbook page, or shaped project! Easy enough!!

And here is what I did!!

The last picture is kind of blurry, but I wanted to show it is a card. I used the Wild Card cart for this card. It's cute in person, although I wonder if it's a little too much. I probably should have left the swirls off, but no matter. Maybe I'll make this one day with the cricut cake. :) haha. This is probably the last challenge for NSD (National Scrapbook Day) that I'll do. I wish I would have started earlier, but you know how that goes. It was a lot of fun, next year I'll be right on top of everything. :)

Thanks for looking!

My Pink Stamper Challenge #8

Here is the My Pink Stamper Challenge #8 for National Scrapbook Day.

Challenge: Make something using monochromatic (which means only 1 color with a neutral color) and add a flower!

And here is what I did!

I used some PTI dies again, for the butterflies. I used DCWV and Georgia Pacific paper, and Prima flowers. I also used some Smooch ink. Love that Smooch. :) Hope you enjoy it!

My Pink Stamper Challenge #5

Here is the My Pink Stamper Challenge #5 for National Scrapbook Day.

Challenge: Create something for Teacher Appreciation Week OR for someone you appreciate.

And here's what I did!

I used the cricut cart Wild Card for the much appreciated sentiment, and the flowers are Papertrey Ink. The ric rak is a die from Papertrey Ink also, and I cut PTI felt with that die. Love PTI!! :)

My Pink Stamper Challenge #11

Here is the My Pink Stamper Challenge #11 for National Scrapbook Day.

Challenge: Make a project using 1 or all of the colors of the rainbow (red, orange, yellow, green, blue)

And here is what I did!

When I read this challenge, I instantly thought of doing a quilt card. It was fun, but it's not my best work. I definitely thought I cut everything equally, but you can see the gaps on my quilt. Oh well, it's still kind of cute!! :)

My Pink Stamper Challenge #3

Here was the Pink Stamper's Challenge #3 for National Scrapbook Day.

Think Outside the Box. Do something on your scrapbook page, card, or other item that you wouldn't normally do. Add something fun or crazy!!

And here is what I did!

Why is it outside the box? Because I normally would NEVER do a layout without a picture of some kind. I like it though, I may have to continue to do this...
